{ it's alright. }
her voice spoke as if it was a smile, and sure enough a smile tugged at the corner of her features. her bright orbs looked out toward kent, taking in the sun that seemed as it was falling out of the sky. the sky was mixed with pinks, blues, red,s oranges, and the small, harmless clouds looked silver. it was gorgeous. it had been a while since she'd noticed a sun set, maybe because this was the only time she had the chance to register the image, or the only time she wasn't working in lessons with zamiro because the heat of the day left. the sound of the horse's hooves against spare peices of gravel entered her mind, and the male's voice entered her mind. show jumping .yeah, she did it but at times she couldn't stand it. she loves the adrenaline rush it gave, but she had to be on the right horse that had the heart for it. she enjoyed it much better on zamiro, than she would have on some professional trainer's horse. mainly because zamiro had troubles. which made the ride exciting and never dull.
{ yeah, i show jump. at time's i can't stand it... it gets stressful, but when i accomplish something, it's like i'm on top of the world. }
she couldn't help but giggle at the idea of her feeling like she was on top again with zamiro. lessons with him were always stressful, and usually after every single lesson, she felt like she was going to ripp out her own hair, or go get drunk, but every fricking single time after a show, zamiro always paid her back with an adrenaline rush, and his love for her always seeming to grow. as they neared the barn, the male's voice sang out again. her head turned to look at him in confuse as he mentioned that she shouldn't get mad. her brow rose lightly and she tipped her head, not as drastically as a dog of course, but she couldn't help but have the confusion written all over her face. when she heard his confession, she took a deep breath, counted to ten very quickly in her mind, and then looked forward.
{ i'm not mad. }
was all she spoke for that moment. it was more of disapointment in herself. she wanted to prove to her mother that she could live on her own, and she wanted to hear' i'm proud of you' from her mother, and she was thinking if she managed to scrambled up the money herself for zamiro, then she could maybe hear that, but that just went down the drain. she quietly counted to ten again in her mind, this time more slowly, refining each number carefully. her tiaraturned to look at the male, she took a deep breath and a small smile crossed her features. she knew she couldn't get away with paying him back the full vet bill, and she knew he'd stand his guard. with a small sigh again she spoke, once again.
{ thank you, muchly. & i know that you won't let me pay you back the full bill, but can i pay you half of it. i'd feel like i'm depending on you for money, and i hate that feeling. . . }
her vocals broke the quiet silence as the equine's hooves came onto the concrete of the path. the sound of raidar's hooves clapping against the ground entered her mind, she took a deep sigh and she didn't care what he thought of her paying back half of the vet bill, she'd simply just hide the money in his trailer if he refused it. she gave the male a small smile as she rode up to the barn, slidding off then taking off the equine's reins from around his neck, and lapped them in her arms, giving the brute a thankful pat for an enjoyable ride, then looked back to the male, giving him another reasurring smile that she wasn't mad with him.

He smiled at her comments, until he admitted his wrong and he could now see the bit of disappointment, or maybe something else. He wasn’t sure what she was thinking, but she sure to hell wasn’t ‘not mad’. She looked a bit angry and he knew he stepped over the boundary. It seemed like forever when she finally spoke again. ”OK, Well don’t feel you are depending on me for money, think of it as a gift. I’m a gift giver.” part of his body told him he wasn’t going to win this battle without pissing her off further. Keeping a lightness about it made him easier to deal with the anger he knew she had. He hoped that maybe if she looked at it as a gift it would be taken a bit easier. He thought of himself as one of those ‘nice guys finish last’.
He had that way about himself, giving people things even when they didn’t want it. Tobin felt the need to do things that were completely unnecessary. This just happened to be one of the things. His overwhelming thoughts of how else he could help the girl were shot down by the thoughts of her anger towards him. ”I am truly sorry if I stepped over any line.” Was all he could really force himself to say. Blue eyes looked forward as they finally entered the yard. He looked off into the pastures noticing some horses grazing then over to the arenas. He saw the western ring empty as per usual, both the flat rings and the jumping ring occupied with riders. This barn was for sure a more English styled place. Less western riders than anything. Shrugging it off on his own thoughts he pondered if he would get more students. Hope was going to be a wonderful student if he could get over trying to help her, and he had a couple more students, but most of them weren’t here. He felt this barn was in the wrong direction for his mind, but he needed to shake that, he knew English riders were more prominent than western in most areas of the country, everyone wanted to see the Olympics.
Blue eyes went back to the girl as she smiled at him. He returned her smile with his own sweet childish smile. Maybe she wouldn’t stay angry at him long. They neared the barn and Tobin brought the bay gelding to a halt. ”I can take Raider for you if you want to get Zamiro ready for the vet.” He offered as he dismounted from the roping saddle, taking one rein in his hand as he walked to the front of the horse, taking a couple more steps to Hope when she came to a halt. His steps seemed weaker than before, a more dramatic limp than before they had started the ride. Tobin didn’t seem to mind at all, the pain came and went, and usually came more often than not, spending a lot of time with him when he rode and walked. Sitting sometimes was even hard for him, the only way he could really relax was lying down.

the female shook her head lightly as she looked down to the horn of the saddle that bruised her stomach as the equine under her kept a steady pace. her hips matched the roans as the equine's tiara shifted to look toward the stable, though it dropped quietly again, going along with the trail ride. as the female listened to the cowboy speak again, she couldn't help but smile. curly tressles rested over she shoulders lightly as she shifted in the saddle, twisting her torso around lightly to look to the male, but as her eyes fell on him, she couldn't help but giggle to see the worry and anxiety that filled him. it wasn't 'that' big of a deal. she looked down tot he gravol lightly as she still kept herself turned toward the male lightly, but then her head lifted, vocals escaping her coral painted kissers.
{ alright, thank you for the gift, & there is no line.. }
she said, large orbs looking toward the male, before breaking free, shaking her tiara again, a small giggle fluttering into the world as she listened as the equine turned onto the path towards the barn, the concerete and their shoes making quite the echo in her mind. the closer she got to the barn, the more she started to think of zamiro, thinking of what she needed to gather for his over night slumber party at the vets. he'd need his blanket, a his grain, and of course some treats. 'and probably a new owner..' her voice broke into her mind and the thought suddenly melted her heart. she knew zamiro lived the life with her, and she was over exaggerating everything, but until she knew what was wrong, and until zamiro was out running around in pastures, she'd hold her own little grudge on herself. as the came up to the barn, she asked for the stallion to halt, then slid off the brute, shifting herself to balance, then pulled up her pants, pulled down her shirts. it was like a whole scene really. as the male spoke, she shook her head lightly, disagreeing with the idea. she really didn't want to face the pain that zamiro was in until she had to help the vet.
{ i rode, i'll help untack them. }
she took a deep breath lightly, taking the reins from around the stalliosn neck, then placed both in a set of fingers, taking a few steps toward the barn, a bit slower so the quarter horse would register to fallow her. though she quickly stopper, her hand running down thte stallions chest, checking for warmth, sure enough there was nothing. the weather wasn't warm enough, and the workout the stallion did was barely nothing, so she thought a cool down wasn't nessecary inless the cowboy asked for it, then she'd spounge the roan down. as she her light stride carried her into the barn, hope brought the stallion to the cross ties, and before even placing the stallion in them, she lapped the reins over his neck, asell was his leadrope, the her fingers worked on taking the equine's bridle off. once she carefully, and slowly took the bit from his mouth, she put the halter on the roan.
once that was done, she lead the equine into the crossties and connected the cross ties to raidar's halter. then hope moved to the cinch, where she loosened it, but didn't completely take it off. instead she worked on taking the breast collar off from one side, then brought it to the other, where she attached to a d-ring. once the breast collar was disconnected from being wrapped around the roan, she worked on the rest of the saddle. taking off the back cinch first, then she worked on taking the cinch off the once side of the saddle. once that was complete, she went to the other side, where she put the cinch up on a flap on the saddle, also putting the back cinch on the same area as the cinch. once that was done, she went over to the other side where she hauled the heavy saddle off the stallions back.
{ holey crap. }
the weight of the saddle took her off guard, and she tried to make her unbalance as graceful as possible, and avoided trying to not slam the saddle against the floor, and tripping over it, but it still seemed to happen. the saddle fell to the floor, and although she tried to make it a somewhat easy landing, her torso still fell over it, and her pillars struggled to find her balance again. finally a few strides away form the saddle, she straightened herself back up nad looke dat the saddle in slight disbeleif. it was quite amazing how this all worked. she felt her lower back crackle with every movement she made, which was just wonderful knowing that she had now just damaged her back, but nothing a chiropracter couldn't fix.
{ sorry, }
her voice spoke quietly as she returned to the saddle, bracing herself then shifting to brace herself for the weight of the saddle, adjusting it in her hands once it was picked up then looked to the male, wondering where he wanted to place it.

Tobin shrugged as she spoke, wanting to un tack her own ride. His mind almost ignore her speaking of the vet bill. Though he did smile a bit once it seemed ok again. Patting the gelding’s neck the boy lead the gelding in the barn, his feet slowly limping making the bay look like he was leading him more than anything. Getting to the cross ties the boy quickly let the bridle off, replacing it with the plain halter and attaching it back to the cross ties. Calloused fingers hung the headstall on a hook where they had originally hung before he even tacked the horses. Glancing over at Hope a few times, making sure she was ok, then thought once more that she was capable to do it herself. He then worked on removing the tack off of the bay. Saddle was quickly off pad in his spare hand as he threw it up on the saddle rack.
He almost turned around to quickly as he heard her ‘holy crap’. His blue eyes watched her drop the reining saddle to the ground, almost tripping over it in the process. Is body was clearly unable to move so fast as to try to save her of the saddle, so standing there seemed the best option. A slight chuckle coming from his lips as she collected herself again. ”You alright?” He asked as he stepped towards her. Carrying the heavier roping saddle in one hand. She asked where to put the saddle then headed to the tack room, motioning her to follow along. Blue eyes looked forward into the tack room, flicking on the light he turned to his other tack. Above the two empty saddle racks were two award winning rodeo saddles, both ropers. Blue eyes ignored them as he set the heavy older roping saddle on one of the empty racks. Hoping she would see the other rack as he stepped back. ”Saddle pads go over there and headstalls there.” He pointed to their assigned placed, hooks and proper racks for both.
Smiling at the younger girl he headed back to the horses, grabbing the headstall and pad, and quickly, to him at least, returning them to the tack room as well. Coming back to the horses it took him a moment to bend to the brush box on the floor, grabbing one of the body brushes and quickly running it over the gelding’s bay coat. Once complete he looked towards Hope again. ”Raider goes in the first stall on the left, if you want to put him away.” Tobin smiled, not really caring if she did or not, he still had to do the stallion’s stall tonight. Taking the bay off the cross ties he opted to lead him to his stall. Most of the lesson horses were in a row of their own, some stalls empty for horses that were spending the evening or night outside. Putting the gelding inside his stall he hung the halter on the door. Latching the stall he continued back to the cross ties to see how Hope was doing.
